TWELVE TRIBES
メタルコアバンドの２枚目。複雑な展開の曲が多く、そこだけで考えるとカオティック・ハードコアに近いですが、音はメタルっぽいです。色々な要素がミックスされているので、似ているバンドが思いつきません。オリジナリティはあると言えるかも知れませんが、聴き込みを必要とする音楽なので、一般受けはあまりしないだろうなとも思います。

MASTODON
メタルコアバンドの２枚目。特にアルバム後半はオールドスクールなスラッシュメタルの雰囲気が強いです。１枚目と比べると、ハードコア色が後退した感じもして個人的には歓迎です。ちなみにSLAYER、KILLSWITCH ENGAGEとツアー中です。
